    One of the key services we provide at Source is creating organic content for the social media channels of many of our clients. We've worked with LVF Packaging for well over a decade (doing #publicrelations and #SEO as well) and sometimes it can be challenging finding something that really resonates with its audiences.     I had the incredible opportunity to attend a trip to Eskdale Outward Bounds Centre, which turned out to be a valuable experience for my development as a GSK apprentice. The activities, such as fire starting and orienteering, taught me essential skills and values that align perfectly with GSK's goals.Accountability: In the face of challenges, I learned to take responsibility for my actions and decisions.     My path to sales was an unconventional one.8 years ago I finished a chemistry degree not having a willy wonka what to do next.At that point the logical next step was to work in labs which I did for 5 years but every month asked myself "am I going to do this the rest of my life?". It wasn't for me, you shouldn't hate your job. It makes you bitter & I certainly was that!Although covid was a difficult time it give me the opportunity to quit & do a masters in an attempt to buy time to see what the next venture would be.It was the summer of 2021 doing my thesis, I was watching the Euros in a bar (working hard on the thesis obviously) & happened to get chatting to a guy (David Morrison) that worked at Channelsight. Many pints later he'd offered to make an introduction to Patrick Meenan & Ross Keating for an interview. That started the journey through sales!Fast forward a few years & now the 3 of us have teamed up again at The Lennox Academy. Funny how things panned out simply from deciding to quit something that isn't working.
