WOW I eat and love most seafood, ut have not tried tuna yet…I will be now. It reminds me of salmon. If you liked this then I bet you would love teryaki salmon. Thanks for this

I really love a nice tuna steak! It is SO much different than the tuna in a can. I think that is why some are scared to try it because of their distaste for canned tuna. It’s very tasty with a bit of grated ginger and lemon on it before putting it in the pan.

Tuna fish is my favorite fish ever too! It’s super easy to cook, as you have shown. I also like tuna sushi, yum!

It tried this. Cooked for 5 minutes was to long. Next time 3-4.

Can I cook it like this from frozen?

Yes! Just don’t cook it on too high of a temp or it’ll burn on the outside and be cold on the inside.

That’s actually how I like my tuna best: seared on the outside, RED in the center!!! Could I accomplish this with an instant pot if I started from frozen? Interesting.

This was a super easy and completely delicious recipe! I made these as in the directions -then put them on a grilled bun with Mayo + blackened Mayo… add a tomato slice and a slice of Red Onion and It would probably be PHENOMINAL!
